Karen Lang is the Owner and Founder of Your Brain Pro, LLC.  She combines her Emergenetics® experience with her teaching experience to help bring out the team player in YOU.  Karen created Your Brain Pro so she would have more time to help valued clients understand their brains.  Karen has found that people love talking about their brains and are fascinated with brain functions and how to maximize personal brain power.  She is passionate about helping clients understand how their brains operate because she has found this understanding leads to more successful careers, self awareness, clear direction, life purpose and many "ah-ha" moments.  Being an entrepreneur and an Emergenetics Associate allows Karen to live the life of her dreams.  She now has the ability to work from her mobile office while traveling with her husband and helping clients.

A Certified Emergenetics Associate Karen Lang worked with Emergenetics International from 1997-2010 as the Chief Catalyst Officer where she learned all things Emergenetics.  She got hooked on talking to over 3,000 people about their brains and how they prefer to think and behave based on their Emergenetics Profile results. 
                                                                                                                        
                                                          
Karen learned all things Emergenetics from her friend, mentor and teacher,
Geil Browning, Ph.D., Founder and CEO of Emergenetics International.

As the Chief Catalyst Officer for the company Karen was a catalyst in growing the home-based business called The Browning Group from 7 Emergenetics Associates to over 700, and then renaming the company from The Browning Group to Emergenetics International, to better serve the company's Associates and clients located around the world.  Karen was able to provide valuable input with regards to the new era, company brand and logo while she was an employee with the company.

Today, we have Associates sharing Emergenetics products and services with their clients in the United States of America, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, England, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea, Romania, Nepal, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Moldova, Mexico, Costa Rica and Australia.



Karen remembers when Titus Yong and Joshua Teo called the office with certification questions from Singapore!  She also remembers the wonderful conversations she had with so many Associates and clients from the USA, and around the world, while she worked at Emergenetics International.  Karen said it was an honor to have an opportunity to work with Geil and the Emergenetics International team since 1997.
                                                      
Karen is equally excited to start a new conversation with you to offer her coaching expertise through Your Brain Pro, LLC. 
She received her BA degree in Elementary Education from Harding University.  Over the years Karen has collected many wonderful stories she would like to share with you about how YOUR brain might like to purchase a laptop, work with your co-workers or take a vacation with family and friends.  Karen's brain stories will enlighten and inform you.  Karen is looking forward to hearing your stories and having an interesting conversation with you about your great brain!

When you contact Karen to be Your Emergenetics Certified Associate, she will ask you to first complete the on-line Emergenetics questionnaire for college age students and adults, or the on-line STEP (Student/Teacher Emergenetics Profile) questionnaire for preteens and teenagers, and then when you have completed the questionnarie she will talk with you about your profile results, so you will really understand your profile results and she will help you answer the question "Now, what do I do with this new information?"

Karen will then coach you on how your brain gets its energy from your 4 Thinking Attributes defined as Analytical/Blue, Structural/Green, Social/Red, and Conceptual/Yellow.  She will also coach you on your 3 Behaviorial Attributes, which are all about your outward display of Expressiveness, Assertiveness and Flexiblity.
